I own a townhome and I rent out a room. Do I have to report the rental Income I receive? Or ...? - rent to own townhomes
Not only do I have to report if reports that the rent as a deduction? (The reason it appears that it is not in school, and they can see as a deduction in respect of school education)

I think (we'll see if I remember right, when other responses), the report really as income, but can also deduct expenses associated with the space allocation should be (the share of property taxes, heat, all the costs of carpeting, Painting, utilities, etc..)
