I am in Knoxville, TN. I, husband and 3 children have lived in a rented house for 9 months, with a musty odor. I bought a test kit for mold and mildew that has drawn from a sample of air. "My owners have to obtain a professional evaluation to see what kind of mold and if it is poisonous? Is there a timetable for this and what are my rights?
